General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between the operator of this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) through the Seller’s online shop, in compliance with European Union laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the e-Commerce Directive.
1.2 Any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply unless expressly accepted by the Seller in writing.
- Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
2.2 The Seller can accept the Customer’s offer within 48hrs. Acceptance takes place by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the ordered goods.

4.2 The delivery times may vary depending on the product, its availability, and the partner brand’s shipping policies. Estimated delivery times will be provided to the Customer during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email.
4.3 The shipping charges for the order will be calculated based on various factors, including the shipping destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the shipping method selected. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before completing the purchase.
4.4 In addition to the shipping charges, please note that other charges, such as customs duties, taxes, or any applicable fees, may be incurred based on the Customer’s location or the destination country’s regulations. These charges, if any, will be the Customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the shipping carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
- Right of Withdrawal
5.1 For returns and replacements, the Customer should directly contact the partner brand responsible for shipping the product. The contact information and instructions for returns and replacements will be provided in the order confirmation email or can be found on the partner brand’s website.
5.2 The Seller will provide support and assistance to the Customer in every way possible to facilitate the returns and replacements process with the partner brand. Please contact our customer support team for any assistance required.
- Warranty
6.1 The Seller ensures that the goods are free from material and manufacturing defects and comply with the applicable European Union legal requirements and regulations.
- Liability
7.1 The Seller is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence in accordance with the applicable European Union laws.
7.2 The Seller’s liability for breaches of contractual obligations that are not caused by intent or gross negligence is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage under the applicable European Union laws.

- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.2 If the Customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, any legal disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Customer’s place of residence.
